User Data Deletion
Use these instructions to request deletion of your Rbag.World account information, WhatsApp connection records, messages, media, or other stored service data.
How to Submit a Request
Email rbag.world@gmail.com or contact customer support at +923039850535. State that you are requesting data deletion and identify the Rbag.World account concerned.
Information to Include
- Your account email or login identifier.
- Your business or display name.
- The connected WhatsApp number, if relevant.
- The data you want deleted, such as account, connection, messages, or media.
- A safe way for support to contact you for verification.
Do Not Send Secrets
Do not send your password, OTP, access token, app secret, private key, full payment details, or any other authentication secret. Support will not ask for those values to process a deletion request.
Identity Verification
To protect customer data, Rbag.World may verify that the requester controls the account or connected business asset before deleting information. Verification will be limited to information reasonably necessary for that purpose.
What Happens Next
After verification, Rbag.World will review the request, identify the applicable records, disconnect integrations where requested, and delete eligible data from active systems. A confirmation or a request for clarification will be sent through the provided contact method.
Retention Exceptions
Limited records may be retained where required by law, for fraud and security prevention, dispute resolution, or until protected backup cycles complete. Retained data will not be used for unrelated purposes.
Meta and WhatsApp Data
Deleting data from Rbag.World does not automatically delete information held independently by Meta or WhatsApp. Users may also need to manage or remove the integration in their own Meta Business settings.
